Building a custom home should feel certain. This is how we make it certain.
PROMISE 1
Budget
If we give you a price, that’s the price.
Swan builds on fixed-price contracts, not open-ended estimates. Before we break ground, you’ll make real selections on finishes and materials so we can price your home accurately from day one.
A contingency is built into your budget from the start, so the unexpected doesn’t become an emergency.
If a change becomes necessary:
- You’ll see it in writing before any work is done
- Nothing moves forward without your written approval
- There are no surprise costs at closeout
PROMISE 2
Timeline
You’ll always know exactly where your project stands.
Your full construction schedule lives in JobTread from day one, built around your home and updated daily. When timelines shift; weather, inspections, supplier delays, you see the change in real time, with the new sequence already in place.
Within 30 days of completion, we lock in your final completion window. If we miss that window for any reason within our control, we credit you $150 for every business day we run over, paid to you at closing.
PROMISE 3
Trust
Anyone in your home should be someone you’d be glad to see there.
Swan carries general liability insurance and holds every person on every job site to a clear standard of conduct. If that standard isn’t met, the person is removed from your project. No exceptions.
Our sites are clean, organized, and respectful and you’ll always know who’s leading your project and how to reach them directly.
PROMISE 4
Quality
If something isn’t built right, it doesn’t move forward.
Quality isn’t a punch list at the end. We inspect every stage of construction — daily walkthroughs, pass/fail reviews between trades, and pre-inspection checks before any official inspection.
If something doesn’t meet our standards:
- It’s corrected before the next trade comes in
- It is never covered up or pushed forward
If anything fails inspection, we fix it and re-inspect at our own cost.
Your home is backed by Swan’s full warranty:
- 1 year on craftsmanship
- 3 years on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- 10 years on structural integrity
PROMISE 5
Communication
If you ever feel out of the loop, we’ve failed.
You’ll receive:
- A weekly written update every Tuesday, with photos and videos from the site
- Live access to your project through JobTread
- A direct review at every major milestone
We meet with you in person at the moments that matter most:
- Pre-foundation
- Pre-drywall
- Any additional walkthroughs you’d like
When you reach out, you’ll hear back within one business day — often the same day, but never longer.
