Budget

If we give you a price, that is the price. Swan builds on fixed-price contracts. You make real selections before we break ground so we price your home accurately from day one. Nothing moves forward without your written approval. There are no surprise costs at closeout.

Timeline

You will always know exactly where your project stands. Your full construction schedule lives in JobTread, updated daily. Within 30 days of completion, we lock in your final window. If we miss it for any reason within our control, we credit you $150 per business day — paid to you at closing.

Trust

Anyone in your home should be someone you would be glad to see there. Swan carries general liability insurance and holds every person on every job site to a clear standard of conduct. If that standard is not met, the person is removed. No exceptions.

Quality

If something is not built right, it does not move forward. We inspect every stage daily. If something does not meet our standards, it is corrected before the next trade comes in — never covered up. Your home is backed by Swan’s full warranty: 1 year craftsmanship, 3 years MEP systems, 10 years structural.

Communication

If you ever feel out of the loop, we have failed. Weekly written updates every Tuesday with photos and videos. Live JobTread access. In-person reviews at pre-foundation and predrywall. You will hear back within one business day — often the same day.
