This two-story new build with a one-car garage is located in downtown San Antonio, within the original 36 square miles of the city. Because of its location in a designated historic area, the permitting process was more complex—requiring additional documentation, reviews, and approvals from the City of San Antonio’s Development Services Department before permits could be issued.
