With 15 years of experience and 200+ homes built, Jonathan knows quality construction. Our process starts with choosing the right trades, vendors, and craftsmen for every project. We work with a network of about 100 trusted professionals, and their reliability and attention to detail are what allow us to deliver real quality. When the people behind the work care about what they do, it shows in the homes we build.

Your Plan
Starting with a site evaluation, we help guide you to floorplans ideal for your family. We have a wide range of plans that can be modified by our architect, or we can custom design plans just for you.
Step 3
Your Selections
With a personal approach, our team will guide you through selecting the fixtures and finishes that meet your design aesthetic and budget. Our design partners even have curated collections to make the process simple and fun.
STEP 4
Your Pricing
We provide proposals not estimates because our clients deserve accurate, reliable, and transparent pricing. Instead of giving a rough guess, we gather vendor bids and define a clear scope so you know exactly what your project will cost before you commit.
Our proposals are formal and itemized, allowing you to see precisely where every dollar is allocated. This approach eliminates surprises, prevents budget creep, and gives you confidence in every decision, creating a smoother and more predictable building experience.
STEP 5
Your Build
At SWAN Custom Builders, your experience matters just as much as the home we’re building. Throughout construction, you’ll stay fully informed with no surprises. We schedule weekly update calls as part of our process, but more importantly, we adapt to what each client needs to make the journey enjoyable and stress-free.
We’re passionate about what we do, and we make ourselves available as much as possible to support you and answer questions. And with our project software, JobTread, you can follow the entire process—from your early vision through construction—so you always know exactly where your home stands.
STEP 6
You’re Home
When we hand you the keys to your new home, our commitment to you continues. Each home we build is supported by our warranty program, and our team stays available long after move-in. We’re here whenever you need us, and we value you as part of the SWAN family.
